一. ADT

1. Orchiectomy = castration

3. LHRH antagonist: 阻斷腦下垂體製造 LHRH (block or stop the pituitary gland from making LHRH)

Degarelix (Firmagon)

4. Anti-androgen: 阻斷攝護腺癌細胞的雄性素接受器 (block receptors on prostate cancer cell from receiving testosterone)

Apalutamide (Erleada), Bicalutamide (Casodex), Darolutamide (Nubeqa), Enzalutamide (Xtandi), Flutamide, Nilutamide

二. Corticosteroid:

Dexamethasone, Hydrocorisone, Methylprednisolone, Prednisone

三. Estrogen:

Diethylstilbestrol (DES)

四. Androgen synthesis inhibitor:

Ketoconazole, Abiraterone (Zytiga)
